    Rob Steir, Chairman and Treasurer

    Rob Steir has served as CEO of MBA GlobalNet since its founding in 1997. He is a co-founder in 2004 of MindForce Consulting (www.mindforceconsulting.com), a management consulting firm and talent agency featuring MBA independent consultants. In 2002, he conceived of and co-founded a 501c3 non-profit, MBAs4NYC, that provided, in one year, volunteer consulting services (3000 volunteer hours) to 90 small businesses in Lower Manhattan which were directly affected by 9/11. From 1987 to 1997, Rob worked as an institutional real estate professional for the Prudential Realty Group and also for the Resolution Trust Corporation's National Sales Center. More recently, Rob was an account manager at THINK New Ideas, an Internet interactive advertising agency. He earned his MBA from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1991 and graduated from Georgetown University, cum laude, with a degree in Business Administration in 1986. In 2005, he became a Thought Leader panalist on the subject of Talent Relationship Management for the Human Capital Institute.

    Camille G. Terk, Secretary

    Camille Terk recently graduated with an MBA from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. While in school, Camille started Terk Consulting, LLC, which specializes in venture feasibility analysis and business planning services. Camille's prior experience includes several positions with non-profit agencies, including the 6th largest Habitat for Humanity affiliate in the country and a micro-enterprise development organization in New Orleans, Louisiana. She also assisted the City of New Orleans Mayor's Office of Economic Development under two separate administrations. Camille received several awards at Tulane, including the Morton Aldrich full tuition fellowship, and the Levy Rosenbloom Award for community service. On a lighter note, Camille's heart and soul reside with and in New Orleans. She is grateful for her 10 fabulous years here and is working hard to make the next 10 years even better!

    Jacob McLain

    Jacob McLain currently works in Deloitte Consulting’s human resources advisory practice in Southern California, where he specializes in performance assessment, talent management, and organizational design. He brings a deep commitment to the New Orleans' metro area's economic recovery based on his non-profit work during time spent at Tulane University where he obtained both his undergraudate (Summa Cum Laude) and MBA degrees. As an undergrad at Tulane College, Jacob completed an original research-based honors thesis that investigated the long-term implications of systematic arrest of homeless men in the New Orleans central business district. During college he also volunteered with the Louisiana Bar Foundation’s New Orleans Pro Bono Project. Jacob also was accepted into the William Wallace Peery Society as one of Tulane College’s top ten academic students in his graduating class. Jacob graduated in 2004 from the Freeman School of Business where he achieved academic acclaim with high honors and continued to actively devote time to work with New Orleans' non-profit community.
